Serge LASAR holds law degrees from the Centre Universitaire de Luxembourg, the Faculty of Law of Strasbourg (Master’s degree in private law) and the Institut de Droit des Affaires (IDA) of Aix-en-Provence (DESS in international business law and DJCE in foreign trade law).
Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (1990), then legal and tax advisor in France (1991 -1993), Serge LASAR has been a member of the Paris Bar since June 1993.
He has been a lecturer in corporate law at the University of Paris-Dauphine and has given training courses for professionals in corporate law and tax law (registration fees) on behalf of training organisations (Formation Francis Lefebvre, EFE, Development Institute International – DII).
He has been awarded the mention of specialisation in company law by the professional bodies of Avocats. He is also registered as an attorney for real estate transactions.
