This year, the 2013 Europe, Middle East & Africa Regional Conference & Executive Council Meeting within the framework of Multilaw will be held from 6-9 June 2013 in Helsinki, Finland. This will be the opportunity to exchange on complex cross-border matters with the member firms. One of the topics that will be dealt with is how to manage and improve the relation with the clients.

Within the framework of the international network of independent lawyers we belong to, Multilaw, we are taking part in the Pan-European HR Directors Forum in Berlin on May 22-23, 2013. The key topics that will be tackled are - among others - the following: strategic workforce planning, organisational transformation and development, technology in HR and leadership effectiveness and development on all levels of seniority.

As a member of Multilaw - an international network that encompasses over 6,000 lawyers around the world - we take part in the 2012-2013 Multilaw Visiting Lawyer Programme which enables us to host lawyers from various firms and backgrounds and to send our lawyers to another law firm for a period up to 6 weeks in order to share experiences, ideas, resources and knowledge outside of the law firm setting, to engage in discussions with lawyers with different perspectives on legal topics and - among others - to improve communication skills.
